This photograph was taken by B3 student Tomer Gat, on Isla de la Plata, known locally as “The Poor Man’s Galapagos,” in April 2007.
Tomer’s team finished construction of a community center in the fishing village of Ballenita, Ecuador to be used for adult education and as an after school program for children.
